@Bjarte: Bjarte, thanks for pointing it out. The fact is that the whole edifice is bent out of shape because it's sinking at different parts at different speeds. The City of Mexico has been executing efforts to ensure buildings like this one don't come completely apart. The reason this is happening is becuase a good portion of the central part of Mexico City is basically filled in with dirt; it was once a huge lake before the arrival of the Spaniards. When the Conquistadors destroyed Tenochtitlan, they buried the old empire to make room for the new colony. Thanks as well for your interest in visiting my stream and for your constructive critique.
