After traveling to South America recently I realized how much your photos translate the culture and the life style of that continent. The colors, the vibe, the whole scenario. Most of my shots from Buenos Aires carry the same atmosphere. I even thought of your photography while being there. That only after seeing that with your own eyes one can truly appreciate and understand it. This is one of those images.

@Nataly: Hello Nataly. Really pleased to here from you and the thoughts you shared. It is a different world and not easy to pick up. I hope that with time I can really learn to do the region justice as I take more and more photos. I was not aware of your trip or any photos you had taken during your trip. I have been posting and moving on. I am in the middle of a problem with a business I own and operate with my wife and my thoughts have been absorbed with the issue. It's being taken care of, but it's a bit complex and will take some time. Thanks for the visit and for sharing your experience. I now trust you know where I am coming from with my imagery. Wonderful street scene that really tells a lot about the culture - I think I even see an organ grinder in the background.

Nataly's comment reminds me of the first day I set foot in Mexico City, I saw a man with a cart in the street selling jewellery who was taking a break eating a bag of popcorn, picking up each kernel with a pair of jeweller's pliers. It was an indelible scene and made me understand the rich possibilities for photography in this city. Best wishes with your business affairs, Luis.

@Damon Schreiber: Sorry for not replying to this message. My mind has been in so many places these days :( Anyhow, the issues with the business are still being addressed, but a solution or end to the mess seems to be around the corner :)
